Welcome to the official page of the West Des Moines Wrestling Club (WDMWC). At the WDMWC, we prioritize instilling fundamental values like discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship, fostering an environment where young athletes thrive. Through the Club's camps and events, we provide opportunities for wrestlers to hone their skills, learn from world-class coaches, and compete at at their highest level.

2024 Freestyle and Greco Roman Season
We are currently accepting registrations for our 2024 Freestyle and Greco Roman wrestling season. Registration is free, but you must have a valid USA Wrestling ID to participate. Practices are held twice a week at the Valley High School wrestling room and the WDMWC will be participating in various Freestyle and Greco Roman tournaments this summer.
This is an exciting opportunity to learn from excellent coaches and to increase your wrestling skills in the offseason. Freestyle and Greco Roman skills help wrestlers competing in Folkstyle in the fall. We'll also be bringing in a number of coaches and wrestlers this summer for camps, so register today!

Stance & Motion is a wrestling app created by wrestlers for wrestlers. No matter age, skill, or experience improving your stance and motion is critical for all wrestlers looking to get better. This is a great tool for anyone looking to jump levels. It can be used anywhere, and is a great tool to incorporate at home training when you're not at practice.
